We explore the importance of emotion for persuading your customers. As Lee points out, people make decisions based on emotion, so we need to shift our focus to this and develop a strategy to tackle it head on.

We chat about the power of video for provoking emotion from your audience and Lee reveals the power of ‘the mom test’! He also reveals his thoughts on which type of videos resonate with customers and make them feel as though your brand connects with their everyday lives.
