Growing Globally & An Introduction to our New Chief People Officer
4 min read. We’re very excited to announce that we have expanded our global operations into the Asia-Pacific region and we’re now open for business, operating from Auckland, New Zealand.
Our new creative employer brand hub is being led by Jeanette Kehoe-Perkinson, who’s not only our global chief people officer (CPO), but also regional director for APAC.
“We’re very lucky to have such an experienced HR leader of Jeanette’s caliber in the business, so I can confidently say this is excellent news for us all.” Bryan Adams, founder and CEO of Ph.Creative
“Jeanette is the ideal person to lead our people strategy as our global CPO and to be the territory lead for APAC as we expand our services across the region,” said Bryan Adams, founder and CEO of Ph.Creative.
We’ve recently received several awards for our global clients, such as Entain and BT Talent Attraction, and so to be able to bring our perspective of Give and Get employer branding to progressive employers across New Zealand, Australia, and the Asia-Pacific region is a great step forward for us.
“Initially, with COVID-19 still active, we are focusing on developing relationships in New Zealand and Australia, then we will expand into Singapore. After that, we hope to develop a plan for other countries in the region.” Jeanette Kehoe-Perkinson, CPO & Regional Director for APAC
As chief people officer, Jeanette will be responsible for establishing our people strategy that enables us to be the Defenders of Happiness on a truly global scale.
For business expansion into the Asia-Pacific region, Ph.Creative plans to scale by partnering with forward-thinking employers and hiring locally to build a team to support clients in the area.
“I’m looking forward to building and nurturing APAC business partnership relationships to discuss how Ph.Creative can help activate organizations’ unique employer value propositions. We’re excited to bring Ph’s experience to the region to help companies optimize their employer branding, which is such an integral part of the core business strategy for companies worldwide,” said Kehoe-Perkinson.
Feel free to connect with Jeanette, and if you’d like to have a chat about your employer brand just say hello!
