After decades empowering others in their unique beauty, much-adored retailer Sephora approached us for a makeover of its very own.

The goal was simple. Sephora needed:

• To expand its EB illustrations library
• Assets for use at events
• Templates for socials

We wanted to capture the essence of the brand in one glance.
So, a dab of copy, a pop of colour and their event stand had a whole transformation.

But this project wasn’t just skin-deep. It was about building a sense of belonging within Sephora. We worked alongside the team to create something that would spark conversation, fill employees with pride, and wow talented people interested in joining.

Radiant creative assets were a non-negotiable. By combining the iconic black and white stripes with illustrations, we were able to create a fresh, colourful look that still felt instantly recognisable and distinctly Sephora. Mix in some enviable swag ideas, social post templates, and hiring material - and Sephora’s employer brand content was glowing.
